About the Role As Product Marketing Associate, you’ll shape how Ready’s products are positioned, conveyed, and launched. both internally and externally. This is not a pure content or social role. You’ll focus on clarity, positioning, and conversion, ensuring that product features translate into clear user value and action. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Design, and Customer Support to turn launches, campaigns, and education into meaningful adoption. What you’ll do: Define Ready’s product positioning across core use cases (card, self-custody, Bitcoin, everyday spending). Turn features into clear, user-facing value propositions. Ensure consistent messaging across website, lifecycle, paid campaigns, affiliates, and social. Own product education and onboarding content (tutorials, explainers, FAQs). Go-to-market & launches Own go-to-market messaging for product launches and feature updates. Partner with Product and Design to shape launch narratives, timelines, and assets. Coordinate product messaging across channels (website, email, social, in-app). Cross-functional collaboration Act as the connective tissue between Product, Growth, Design, and Support. Bring user insights and market context into product discussions. Enable Growth teams with clear narratives on what to sell and why it resonates. Ensure Ready’s tone of voice is clear, confident, and consistent. Your experience should include: 1-3 years experience in marketing, we’re open to graduate profiles as well. Strong copywriting skills is a must - clear, concise, engaging, and user-focused Creative, energetic, and full of ideas (we’ll test this) Comfort working cross-functionally Genuine curiosity and familiarity with crypto Comfortable working with data You might also have: Experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing Experience working with data or experimentation Familiarity with fintech or crypto-native products What you’ll love about Ready: 🌍 Work anywhere in Europe.
