Technical Product Manager Quantum Apps (F/M) Join Pasqal as a Technical Product Manager to reinforce our Product team, turning advanced quantum technologies into user‑friendly products. About Pasqal Pasqal designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools, enabling use cases beyond the reach of supercomputers while delivering energy efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint of high‑performance computing. Job Description As part of our strong growth, we are recruiting a Technical Product Manager to reinforce our Product team. The Product team’s main mission is to turn Pasqal’s technology into easy‑to‑use value‑adding products for users. They are the bridge between the development teams (software and hardware), commercial teams, and potential customers. You will manage the product of the Quantum Applications sub‑department. Responsibilities Own the Quantum Applications product vision and roadmap. Represent and advocate for our users. Productise customer projects and translate needs into actionable features. Discover user needs, monitor competitive landscape, and define & prioritize the roadmap with internal stakeholders. Implement efficient product management processes and support development teams with clear context and priorities. Execute on roadmap and prioritize development tasks. Ensure comprehensive product documentation. Engage with Marketing, Sales and training teams to support go‑to‑market efforts. Qualifications Hard skills: Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies to enhance cross‑team collaboration and product delivery. Experience with open‑source software is a big plus. Experience in quantum is a big plus. Fluency in English (proficiency in French is a bonus). Soft skills: Experience in change management. Curiosity and keen interest in new technologies. Excellent communication skills. Team player, versatile, organized, proactive, autonomous, and creative. Capacity to achieve goals through influence rather than power. Technical skills to ensure proper handling, although product expertise is preferred. You hold a Master’s degree in physics, computer science, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in product management. What We Offer Offices in Massy‑Palaiseau and Paris.
