Qonto, a European fintech, is seeking an AML Officer in Paris to tackle transaction monitoring backlogs and strengthen compliance as we prepare for our banking license. You will work within a fast-growing team to handle alerts and complex cases across France and Europe.
The role requires 1–3 years of AML/CFT experience, fluency in French and English, and a mindset for continuous improvement; you will mentor juniors and coordinate with auditors and regulators as needed.
