Contexte de la mission Le pôle Digital, Data & Innovation développe une solution propriétaire d’allocation de portefeuille (MFAaaS – Multi Factor Allocation as a Service) destinée à soutenir la distribution d’offres de gestion sous mandat et de gestion conseillée. une interface de gestion conçue avec un partenaire FinTech. Dans le cadre du développement et du déploiement stratégique de cette offre, l’équipe recherche un profil chargé d’assurer son promotion, son implémentation et son adoption auprès de clients internes et futurs clients externes. Responsabilités principales Pilotage du déploiement de la solution Assurer la cohérence entre l’offre commerciale et la solution technologique, en lien avec les Product Owners, les équipes IT et le partenaire FinTech. Décliner cette vision en plans d’action concrets pour les différents acteurs du projet. Participer aux initiatives stratégiques visant à améliorer la solution en collaboration avec les équipes digitales, de recherche quantitative et les Product Owners. Contribuer à la promotion de la solution auprès de prospects externes dans le cadre du plan stratégique. Gestion de la relation client Être l’interlocuteur principal des clients internes. Recueillir les besoins, prioriser les demandes et assurer la coordination avec les Product Owners pour alimenter le backlog produit. Organiser et animer les ateliers, réunions de cadrage et comités de suivi avec les équipes clientes. Contribuer à la définition et à l’évolution de la vision globale du programme, en garantissant son alignement avec les besoins clients et les orientations stratégiques. Contribution aux livrables et au pilotage business Rédiger les documents clés du projet : cadrage, supports clients, reporting, feuilles de route. Suivre les objectifs commerciaux : pilotage des performances, définition des ambitions de revenus, challenge des hypothèses de coûts. Appuyer les équipes dirigeantes dans les décisions stratégiques liées à la solution. Environnement de travail Équipe Digital, Data & Innovation composée d’environ 30 collaborateurs aux expertises variées. Intégration au sein d’une squad projet de 20 personnes regroupant compétences digitales, technologiques et quantitatives. Membre de l’équipe Business Development, composée de 5 personnes, impliquée dans des projets à fort enjeu business. Collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes (IT, recherche quantitative, Product Owners) et les partenaires externes (FinTech). Profil recherché Forte capacité à travailler en transversal avec des équipes variées (tech, métier, business). Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, coordination et pilotage. Sens du client, aisance relationnelle et capacité à animer des ateliers. Capacité d’analyse, esprit stratégique et rigueur dans la production des livrables.
