Overview
At Arabelle Solutions, a part of EDF Group, the Chef de Projet / Customer Fulfillment Manager Turbine & BoP M will lead key maintenance and restoration projects for steam turbines and secondary circuit equipment in French and Belgian nuclear power plants.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned contracts as project manager, overseeing cross‑functional project teams.
- Drive the entire project lifecycle: pre‑sales support, launch meetings, risk analysis, execution, financial control, and closure.
- Maintain project performance against safety, quality, cost, and schedule (SQCD) objectives.
- Negotiate amendments and manage contractual relationships with clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients on progress, risks, and budget, including onsite visits and critical situation handling.
- Facilitate the capturing of lessons learned and conduct closure and REX meetings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and new service‑offer development, including the creation of internal standards.
- Promote the entity’s values of inclusion, positivity, and collective decision‑making throughout the team.
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate or equivalent in mechanical or related field.
- Experience managing client projects from pre‑sales through closure, including budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Proven track record of managing SQCD and risk, including incident and non‑conformity handling.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a matrix organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French (native) and professional English.
- Knowledge of contractual and accounting practices relevant to project management.
