OverviewWe are looking for a Senior PLM Consultant who can combine strong technical skills with leadership and client-facing expertise. You will not only deliver world-class PLM solutions with Infor, but also help shape and lead our growing PLM practice, mentoring team members and contributing to pre-sales engagements. You’ll work hands-on with systems, run complex queries (e.g., SQL), and guide clients through the full lifecycle — from discovery to go-live and beyond.Role: Consultant, Senior (PLM focus) at Infor.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end PLM implementations, from workshops and configuration to testing and go-liveConfigure Infor PLM to align with client processes and industry needsRun and optimize complex system queries (SQL and related tools)Design and document configuration, migration, and extension strategiesDefine, test, and implement custom extensionsCraft training, cutover, and transition plans for smooth adoptionSupport pre-sales activities: demos, proposals, and solution design discussionsAct as a mentor for the PLM consulting teamEnsure client satisfaction through clear communication, proactive issue management, and industry best-practice recommendationsWho You AreFluent in French & English; Spanish or Italian is a plus3 - 5+ years of PLM or equivalent technical/functional consulting experienceProven ability to work hands-on with systems, data, and queries (SQL)Experience with open-source PLM projects or related platforms (e.g., OpenPLM, DocDokuPLM, Odoo PLM) is highly valuedStrong client-facing skills, able to run workshops, trainings, and presales sessions Comfortable with travel as neededCollaborative leader who brings a positive, professional, and solutions-driven approachWhat We OfferWork with leading and diverse clients across the F&B industryCareer development tailored to you - individualized training, certifications, and mentorshipLeadership opportunities - take ownership of a growing PLM practice and shape its future directionAn international, collaborative environment - work alongside colleagues all over the worldFlexibility - a mix of client-facing engagements and remote collaborationAttractive compensation and benefits package aligned with your expertise and impactAbout InforInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
