Working alongside FTI Consulting's industry experts, we enable clients to assess risks and opportunities and reflect them in valuation impacts and contractual safeguards, delivering a comprehensive decision‑ready view that strengthens our clients' position throughout the deal process. Recent Engagements Assisting a private investment group through M&A due diligence and post‑merger integration Helping an industrial group design a cross‑functional carve‑out analysis and build Day‑1 readiness plans Advising a global tech company on SPA financial clauses and post‑transaction dispute resolution Supporting numerous Private Equity funds on buy‑side and sell‑side due diligences and transaction value analyses What You Will Do Lead and deliver complex, cross‑border financial due diligence engagements Supervise and coach senior consultants, ensuring high quality output Mentor consultants to support their technical and leadership development Communicate with M&A bankers, commercial advisors, lawyers, financing providers, and W&I insurers on diligence findings Drive internal projects such as RFP responses, business development materials, and internal tool design Network internally and at external marketing events to build your network and enhance the firm's market presence Monitor M&A trends, proactively identify deal opportunities, and build long‑term client relationships Contribute to thought leadership content What We Look For Proven experience (> 6 years) in financial due diligence at Big Four or top‑tier independent advisory firms Master's degree from leading business or engineering institutions, with an outstanding academic record (equivalent degrees considered) Additional credentials such as DSCG, CFA Level I or II Strong analytical, financial modelling and data analysis skills Curiosity, analytical rigor, proactivity, teamwork, and clear structured communication; client‑service mindset Full proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1) Recruiting Process Online test evaluating logical, numerical and verbal capabilities Two rounds of case interviews #J-18808-Ljbffr
