We empower local artists, labels andpublishers to grow their audiences at each stage of their careers with expertise, respect,fairness and transparency.Operating in 50+ countries, with more than 2,000 employees, Believe offers a full rangeof services including audience development, publishing, marketing and distribution,with a tailor-made approach to fit any artist, label or publisher.Believe champions independence and innovation through a unique model thatcombines local expertise with a global tech platform, delivering exclusive solutions forartists to promote and monetize their music thanks to strategic partnerships withleading global digital service providers.With a leading portfolio of brands that includes Nuclear Blast, naïve, TuneCore, GrooveAttack, Sentric, AllPoints and Byond, Believe artists generated more than 800 billionstreams worldwide in 2024 across all genres, and were recognized with more than 70leading industry awards.Believe is a simplified joint-stock company under French law.Ready to set the tone with Believe ?The Global PMI Office Senior Project manager will be reporting to the Global PMI Office Director within the Believe’s Artist Services department.They will address four types of projects:Structure and deploy Artist Services label acquisitions and Joint ventures needsYou will participate to the Artist Services acquisition strategy with the objective of achieving our business ambitions.Work in strong collaboration with the M&A team to let them drive the executionCollaborate with local teams to assess targets profiles, support on operational due diligences tasksShape the PMI Model to integrate future acquisitionsYou play an active role in modelling the most scalable and lean integration models depending on the type of acquisitions.Develop the integration strategy and set up integration guiding principles and playbooksSpread to the local teams the Global PMI Office visionMaximize value delivered from M&A activities by implementing our framework for successful integration, and providing early strategic and best practices insights to integration teamsLead the global PMI taskforceYou will ensure that all the integrations are moving on the correct pathUnderstand the priorities, operating needs, and responsibilities of the different work streams, and anticipate, plan, and solve for cross functional interdependenciesCoordinate cross-functional teams (including Commercial, Product, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, etc.) to successfully manage each projectFocus the program on the most critical tasks and align all stakeholders with the deal objectiveStructure integration workstreams by supporting each workstream lead in the creation of the integration roadmap / plan (incl. project charters, master plans, identifying risks and interdependencies, etc.)Partner with workstreams throughout the duration of the integration by providing consul and monitoring deliverables and reporting on progress, issues, and escalating risksCommunicate goals and objectives to all stakeholders across all levels in the organization, including senior executives, steering committee and comex membersConsidering the Group’s strategic priorities, a portfolio of key projects will be assigned to the Global PMI Office Senior Project Manager. She/He will be responsible to lead these projects throughout each project phase from scoping and framing until successful hypercare.Depending on the project phase, they will be responsible to prepare the following materials (non-exhaustive list):Business case and arbitration supports for the C-level membersFunctional conception documents (e.g.: process mapping, standard operating models)Functional analysis (e.g.: gap analysis)PMO documentationChange management materials (communication or training supports)QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have minimum 6 years of experience with at least:Experience in a Strategic/Management consulting firmor any project department within a Tech or media companyExperience in a start-up with reputation of getting things done.International experienceThe candidate will have:Strong analytical & synthesis skillsStrong Systems and process thinkingStrong skills on PowerPoint, Excel (experience on JIRA is a plus)The reputation of getting things done (very result oriented)You are bilingual in English.
