We are currently looking for a Global Compensation & Benefit Specialist (M/F/d) to join our new Compensation & Benefit function under People & Culture team, we offer a very flexible hybrid set up in any of the countries where we have an office (France, Spain, Germany, The Netherlands). Our People & Culture team enables business growth by empowering employees and teams. People & Culture function helps GSG culture thrive under global initiatives. As a trusted partner, we drive the People journey and we aim to create rewarding memories for the GSG Community.
We are currently asking vital questions such as how to manage performance and rewards, how to get rid of traditional ratings and many more. You will be part of a great growth journey to bring innovative approaches to our total rewards practices and support us implementing our own rewards concept from scratch while harmonizing existing practices on a global level. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Support implementation of new compensation and benefits strategies, global policies and processes
- Work with internal stakeholders and external consultants to find solutions to current challenges
- Be up to date with market trends and conduct regular benchmarking to analyze our competitiveness in the market
- Prepare KPIs and ad hoc reporting from various sources to track the internal trends
- Conduct job evaluation and review current grading and job architecture
- Simplify and automate existing annual processes for a smoother employee experience
We are a match if you have...
- At least 3-5 years Compensation and Benefits experience in high-growth tech companies
- University degree in a relevant field
- Experience with different models other than pay for performance is a plus
- Proven project management experience
- Good knowledge on job evaluation methodologies
- High proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English
