Job Summary In a few words: Join Resilience as a Talent Acquisition Intern and play a key role in building our team by attracting exceptional talent to transform oncology care. How the role contributes to Resilience's success You’ll be instrumental in sourcing and attracting the talent that will help us scale our mission‑driven platform. By ensuring a seamless candidate experience and optimizing our recruitment processes, you directly impact our ability to grow and deliver better care to cancer patients. Responsibilities Source top candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and creative channels. Manage candidate experience from first contact to final decision. Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs. Optimize our employer brand through LinkedIn content and job posting strategies. Build recruitment dashboards and configure our ATS (Ashby). Contribute to HR projects and team initiatives. Candidate Profile Source candidates effectively using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. Manage the full recruitment cycle with attention to detail. Work with data and leverage AI tools to optimize processes. Communicate fluently in both French and English (written and verbal). Use an ATS to track and manage candidate pipelines. Excellent at communication and building relationships. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. Sales‑minded and objectives‑oriented. Autonomous, proactive, and curious about recruitment best practices. Eager to learn and contribute to high‑impact projects. Comfortable working cross‑functionally with different teams. Pursued a Master’s degree in Business or a related field (Bac+4/5, final‑year internship). Prior recruitment experience (internship or professional) is a plus. Experience with Ashby or similar ATS platforms. Contributed to employer branding initiatives. Team and Manager You’ll work closely with Emilie (Talent Acquisition Manager), Tim (VP HR), and Alice (Talent Acquisition Manager). The HR team operates like a startup within a scale‑up – fast‑paced, collaborative, and always looking for innovative ways to attract and retain talent. You’ll have real ownership over projects from day one. Emilie, your direct manager, brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and is committed to mentoring interns. She values autonomy, creativity, and data‑driven decision‑making, creating an environment where you can truly learn and contribute.
