Our company is growing and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to reinforce our small _People & Culture_ team. You are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle in France, Germany and Switzerland, our employer branding and our corporate onboarding programme. Your day as a Talent Acquisition specialist You report to the Chief Talent Officer and you work closely with your colleagues from the _People & Culture_ team, our local office managers, Hiring managers, and other stakeholders. - You develop recruitment strategies and implement them successfully. - You conduct active sourcing campaigns and maintain our social networks with our Group communication manager. - You are responsible to write and maintain our job offers. - You coach and support our hiring managers with interviewing techniques and the final decision making process. - You develop, maintain and analyze KPIs and other analytical data for recruiting and implement appropriate strategies. - You plan and implement a yearly employer branding calendar and represent our company as an employer at trade fairs and other events. - You maintain an active talent pipeline. - You will actively participate in the continuous development of processes and systems in the area of Talent Acquisition as well as participate in other _People & Culture_ related projects. - You are responsible for the continuous improvement of our onboarding process. - You proactively search for new methods, tools and trends in recruiting. - With the help of an HR specialist, you maintain up to date our internal recruitment ERP system called Odoo. **Profile**: Your essential skills for success in this role - You have successfully completed a degree in economics or social sciences, industrial and organizational psychology or law, ideally with a specialization or additional training in HRM. - You have some years of professional experience in recruitment, ideally in a technical or European environment. We are open to recruit new graduates who have a strong interest in the topic. - Linkedin has no secrets for you. - You have excellent sourcing and networking skills, both in social networks (Linkedin, Indeed, Jobup) and in person on site - Your very good analytical skills enable you to create reports relevant to your job - You have experience in using an applicant management system (ideally Odoo). - With your positive mindset, excellent communication skills, goal orientation and flexibility as well as your ability to work in a team, you are the sought-after asset to our team - You are autonomous - You are fluent in German and English. The icing on the cake If you are familiar with these things, it will be a big plus: - You have a very good command of French. - You have experience in the IT / Tech. industry or at least a strong interest in new technologies and Open Source.
