This department is highly data‑driven and focused on developing at‑scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The Performance Marketing Team also fosters a great learning environment. You will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world. In this role, you’ll get to: Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management What you’ll need to succeed: 4‑6 years of experience in Data Analyst position in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance Data‑Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS Excel Innovative Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion, navigate organization to gather necessary information and implement innovative solutions while adapting to evolving scenarios Stakeholder management & communication: Ability to effectively communicate, influence and persuade across different levels of stakeholders (including Senior Management) with proven strong commercial acumen Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Product Management and Marketing Industry Technology, Information and Internet Equal Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
