About the job Middleware Systems AdministratorJob Description:Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time ZoneLanguages: English is mandatoryA Middleware Systems Administrator's duties involve installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting middleware software and systems, ensuring smooth application integration and dataflow, and collaborating with development teams to optimize performance and security.This TOR outlines the responsibilities, required qualifications, and experience levels for ERP Functional Analysts supporting multiple middleware platforms such Oracle Fusion and others.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide operational and deployment support for all Middleware services hosted on-premises and cloudDesign, install, configure and support Middleware infrastructure componentsPerform environment clones, migrations and deployments to production environmentsPerform patching, application upgrades, and manage/coordinate the platform upgradesSupport migration to and operation of Oracle Cloud and related cloud technologiesImplement and Manage Integration of middleware services with both on-premises and Cloud ERP, and related third-party applicationsAssist in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Middleware automation tasks using Ansible and other IT automation toolsPerform troubleshooting and performance optimization activitiesAssist, plan, and conduct disaster recovery testsProduce technical documentations and Standard Operating ProceduresPerform capacity management, and monitor, analyze and propose improvements to the middleware servicesPerform support activities during planned maintenance windows outside of normal working hours when requiredPerform other related duties as requiredJunior Middleware AnalystParticipating in middleware testing and validation activities.Supporting application integration, data flow and performance tuning tasks.Providing first-level user support and troubleshooting basic issues.Learning and developing expertise in middleware technologies.Assist in automation of routine middleware tasks.Middleware AnalystExecute middleware testing and validation activities.Ensure application integration, data flow and performance tuning tasks.Demonstrate expertise in middleware technologies.Implement and maintain middleware automation routinesProviding guidance to junior team members.Middleware AnalystLead initiatives for improving all aspects of the middleware service.Design and implement middleware security policies.Plan, coordinate and execute middleware implementations, patching and upgrades.Coordinate middleware activities with junior team members.Provide guidance to junior team members.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Oracle or other cloud certifications, Oracle Fusion Middleware certifications are a plus.Extensive Orace Fusion Middleware administration experience, including upgrades and patchingGood understanding of one or more cloud services - Oracle (OCI), Amazon (AWS), Microsoft(Azure), Google (GCP), etc.Familiar with Oracle Cloud products such as EPM Planning, Oracle Analytics Cloud, OracleIntegration Cloud, etc.Extensive knowledge and support experience in three or more of the following products (but notlimited to):Oracle WebLogic 12c, 14c and ADF applicationsOracle HTTP Server (OHS)Oracle Flexcube (FLEXCUBE)Oracle Data IntegratorOracle SOA Suite componentsOracle WebCenter Suite componentsOBIA environments configured with both Oracle E-Business and Oracle PeopleSoftOracle Access Management (OAM)Oracle Identity Management (OIM)Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)Oracle Hyperion (EPM)IBM WebSphereApache Tomcat and HTTP ServerOracle Integration CloudExperience in automating Middleware operational tasksGood scripting skills using Linux shell, Oracle SQL and/or other automation toolsExperience with service management systems (ServiceNow or similar) and collaboration toolsRelational Databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)Experience in integrating with Oracle Cloud products such as Taleo, EPM Planning, OracleIntegration Cloud, etc.Experience in configuring SSO and integrating middleware applications with Active directoryExperience with Ansible or related IT automation toolsBasic understanding of operating system platforms (Linux, Windows), and networking concepts #J-18808-Ljbffr
