Key Responsibilities Master our platform and support the Sales team by enabling them with insights, expertise, and relevant tools Listen and understand prospects’ needs and work internally on how Alan can address them best Build a thorough understanding of the prospect and assess the level of functional alignment with our offering and capabilities Participate in RFP submissions and build Alan’s response in collaboration with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts Join the customer acquisition journey to evangelise our services and products Act as voice of the customer feeding Alan’s platform roadmap Prepare handover for delightful customer onboarding Coordinate complex customer onboarding leveraging your unique knowledge of the customer’s requirements and specificities Qualifications 5+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment Highly experienced in end‑to‑end procurement projects (buyer or supplier side) with involvement in RFIs, RFQs and RFPs Talent for quickly getting to the root cause of customers’ concerns through active listening and requirements elicitation Assertive and able to handle objections in a complex environment Master of pitching a product with transparency and without overselling its capabilities Ability to break down complex issues and identify product gaps to define the best solutions Thrives at high‑level stakeholder management Excels at prioritising tasks while meeting commitments Loves teamwork and is eager to learn and grow Fluent in both French and English Nice to Have Experience in the French Public Sector Experience in HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions Experience in Insurance or Health platforms Perks & Benefits Fair rewards: generous equity packages complement your base salary for permanent contracts only Flexible office: HQ space, sponsored co‑working hubs or full‑remote experience with home‑office equipment sponsorship All the tools you need: MacBook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise‑canceling headphones Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours Delightful healthcare insurance: 100% for you and your children, 90‑100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only) Transport: country‑specific commuter benefits Learning & Training opportunities: flexible policy, books, and conference budget if the opportunity arises Personal growth through coaching: every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, with a culture of learning and coaching Parental leave: extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only Additional Information Important note: we hire people, not roles.
