Position Available Store Manager (35h) Start date: Mid-FebruaryAvailability: Weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts required Your day-to-day responsibilities Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to convey the Meller essence. Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience. Set clear objectives and keep the team focused on achieving them. Oversee daily store operations: cash register, stock, replenishment, organization, promotions. Communicate directly with the retail team in Barcelona to track KPIs, objectives, and team development. Solve issues, make decisions, and propose continuous improvements. Ensure the store looks impeccable and is always ready to surprise customers. Languages: English required; French and Spanish are a plus. Experience working with sales targets and KPIs. Ability to work in a team and adapt to different shifts.
