**MISSIONS**:
Dans le cadre de notre développement au sein de notre réseau Retail, nous recherchons un(e) store manager sur une de nos boutiques parisiennes. (CDI)

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
Manager une équipe:

- Assurer la bonne compréhension, le déploiement de la stratégie de DEVIALET et les enjeux de la boutique
- Accompagner, animer et développer son équipe en assurant un suivi régulier et en les challengeant sur leurs résultats
- Coacher l’équipe sur le terrain et échanger les bonnes pratiques
- S’appuyer sur son assistant store manager pour les tâches opérationnelles et de gestion
- Etre garant d’exemplarité

Développer et piloter l’activité de la boutique:

- Etre responsable de la réalisation du chiffre d’affaire de la boutique
- Etre force de proposition pour le développement de son activité auprès du Retail Manager
- Travailler activement au renouvellement et à l’entretien de la base de client
- Gérer l'activité de la boutique: gestion administrative, planning
- Etre garant de la gestion des stock et de la caisse
- S’assurer de la bonne tenue de la boutique (maintenance, merchandising, entretien )

Etre ambassadeur de la marque DEVIALET:

- Accueillir les clients et leur offrir une expérience ultime et sur mesure, en alliant storytelling de la marque, expertise produit et culture musicale.
- Développer et enrichir le relationnel et la collaboration avec le Grand Magasin

**PROFIL**:
Curieux(se) et avenant(e), vous êtes orienté(e) résultats, vous avez le sens de l'initiative et le goût du travail en équipe.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience en Retail et idéalement d’une expérience en Retail Luxe. Vous avez déjà de solides bases de management.

Maîtrise de l’anglais fortement appréciée.
