Amundi is seeking a Junior Support Analyst (VIE) to join our team in Dublin. You will provide 1st level application support for the ALTO platform, assist with incident management, and help onboard new clients across OMS, Trading, PMS and Risk modules.
The role emphasizes collaboration with business users and technology teams, coupled with training end-users and documenting processes. Fluency in English and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are required.
