Your Mission Turn the ecosystem into beautifully orchestrated learning arcs that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human. Bring Paradox to life as a category‑defining global brand loved for its learning experiences. Your 4 Main Missions Learning Experience Architecture – Own the full learning system. Design the journey, not just content. Script engaging experiences; every word, exercise, and soundscape must serve transformation. Ensure features support the ecosystem: loops, agents, protocols, membership. Craft premium, high‑impact courses. Co‑create courses with top experts. Lead end‑to‑end design from strategy to delivery. Own scripting, copywriting, and educational assets. Conduct research to inform goals, personas, curriculum. Craft AI conversations and loops. Write and optimise prompt chains for human‑like exchange. Review conversations and refine agents. Analyse, measure, iterate for transformation and stickiness. Define and track transformation KPIs; iterate using data. Stay obsessed with user problems – talk to users weekly, analyse patterns. Apply behavioural principles for daily practice and retention. The Ideal Candidate Experience 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Shipped a major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Track record in delivering digital learning experiences across video, text, assessments, interactive experiences. Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or programs. Traits Craft‑obsessed: doer mentality, bias for outcomes. Strong writing skills; produce high‑quality content. Strong aesthetic sense. User and impact obsessed: think in outcomes. Critical thinker: turn vague problems into hypotheses and challenge assumptions. Digital and AI savvy; can build AI Agents or quickly learn to do so. Language Requirements French: native. English: fluent, able to hold conversations and produce written communication.
