About the role Reporting to the Application Designer Team Leader – EMEA/APAC, the Application Designer EMEA supports the territory sales teams across EMEA in planning and executing processes that drive revenue growth while contributing to overall market and product strategy. The position is fully remote and ideally based in France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy or Dubai, with up to 25% travel required. Key responsibilities Act as the main contact for regional sales managers during the Order Acquisition process, supporting UV system sizing, proposals, and bid pricing. Collaborate with the project management team on bid specifications, drawings, and costing. Serve as the liaison between sales managers and internal teams to resolve technical and administrative issues promptly. Attend customer meetings, deliver technical presentations, and train EPCs, contractors, channel partners, and new team members. Maintain accurate records of quotes, bids, and deliveries for EMEA and address barriers to sales growth. Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and market penetration. Requirements Post‑secondary degree in chemical engineering, science, or a related field; knowledge of water treatment processes and/or UV technology is highly desirable. Proven track record in sales planning and execution, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in technical sales within water treatment or UV systems is a strong advantage. Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and provide technical support to customers. Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA (≈25% of the time). High proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional languages – French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic or any Asian language – are considered a plus.
