We are looking for aInternational Clinical operations Leadto join ourClinical Trial Management dept.You join a global committed team, dedicated to support the operational execution of our international clinical trials.You are responsible for coordinating, overseeing and reportings on the local Clinical Operations (monitoring and local study management) to ensure that study-related activities are conducted according to expected quality, timelines and budget.This includes effective risk management, monitoring strategy and local study management in early and late stage clinical development across therapeutic areas .You are also responsible for the oversight of some of the study third party vendors as relevant.You commit to contributing to the team continuous excellence.International Clinical Operations Lead – Global Clinical TrialsJoin our team as an International Clinical Operations Lead and play a key role in coordinating international field activities across multiple countries. You’ll act as the main liaison between local teams and the global Study Team, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and high-quality delivery in every aspect of our clinical trials.Your Mission :– Supervise and support local COPMs, consolidating study progress and ensuring alignment with global objectives– Manage study budgets, timelines, and operational performance– Define and implement monitoring and patient recruitment strategies– Oversee CROs and central vendors to ensure quality and compliance– Identify risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvementYour Profile :– 5–10 years of experience in Clinical Operations, including at least 3 years in monitoring– Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills– Experience managing international teams and vendors– Excellent English; ability to travel internationallyWhat We Offer :A dynamic and supportive environment with :– 23 RTT days + 27 vacation days per year– 8 teleworking days per month– Performance-related and profit-sharing bonuses– Premium health insurance and welfare coverage– Numerous employee benefits (vouchers, bonuses, cultural and sports discounts)– Modern facilities, subsidized restaurant, and gym access at some sites– Certified Top Employer (France & Europe) for 3 years runningNous sommes engagés pour l’égalité des chances et le développement des talents dans toute leur diversité.
