This role involves developing and executing HEOR studies and ensuring effective communication of results both internally and externally to support the access of Air Liquide Healthcare portfolio.The HEOR lead will closely collaborate with the clinical operations team , medical affairs and market access, to streamline interactions and responsibilities (interfaces, decision making ..) regarding global evidence generation.Develop and execute HEOR strategiesProactively work and collaborate with related internal functions to develop value propositions and identify data/evidence requirements.Support the creation, development, and execution of global HEOR strategies, ensuring cross-functional strategic alignment of ongoing and planned HEOR activities with global Evidence & Access plans.Co-develop, with the Evidence Design Committee, global evidence plan after an assessment of the design alternatives in terms of level of evidence, feasibility, planning and resources.Execute HEOR studies in collaboration with the clinical operation team (systematic literature reviews & meta-analyses, health economic models, observational studies, indirect comparisons, …)Collaborate with the patient leads to developing patient-reported outcome measurement strategies and research.Support affiliate teams’ preparation/adaptation and delivery of local evidence to support market access and tenders (data synthesis in value dossiers, health economic model, …)HEOR communication and disseminationResponsible for efficient and timely development of key HEOR deliverables (e.g., value dossier, health economic tools, abstract, poster, oral communication, publications).Be a subject-matter expert on HEOR, and provide evidence-based recommendations and strategic guidance to other functions as needed.Stay abreast of the evolving external HEOR environment and continuously develop expertise : new skills, innovative methodologies, …Serve as an internal resource for continuous education and training regarding evidence generation …Maintain and develop relevant partnerships / relationships with key institutions, research groups, CROs , KOLs and other HEOR thought-leaders to optimize the impact of HEOR research.
