This role is part of a global initiative aimed at strengthening synergies between the Payroll and Personnel Administration functions in a multi-entity, international environment.Reporting to the HR Director for France / Belgium / Luxembourg , you will play a key role in structuring HR processes, reporting, and migrating payroll to a group-wide payroll solution. The initial scope covers payroll and HR administration for a French entity (around 200 employees), with a long-term objective of scalability and shared services.Your ResponsibilitiesAdministrative management of the employee lifecycle : contracts, amendments, letters, certificates, employee recordsAbsence tracking (sick leave, social security benefits, insurance), managing health-related cases, liaising with social agenciesHandling administrative procedures : wage garnishments, child supportRegulatory watch and ensuring compliance of HR processesPayroll Management & ADP MigrationPayroll processing using Cegid (data input, validation, issuing 200 payslips)Final pay processing, advances, disputes, and complex simulationsMonthly closing, consistency checks, DSN (electronic payroll reporting) error trackingContributing to payroll configuration (events, items, rules)Active involvement in the payroll migration project to ADP (GlobalView, Streamline, or Celergo) : planning, testing, coordination with international project teamsLiaising with Urssaf, pension funds, health insurance providers, etc.HRIS & HR ReportingProducing payroll and social reports for HR managementSupporting HRIS projects : structure, configuration, improvementsAdvanced use of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, report automation)Support, Coordination & Cross-FunctionalityInterface with HR, finance, and controlling teamsResponding to employee inquiriesSupporting and advising managers on payroll and HR mattersActively contributing to continuous improvement of HR & payroll processes in a drive for regional standardizationConfirmed experience (minimum 8–10 years) in payroll and personnel administration, in a structured, multi-site environmentMandatory proficiency with Cegid and experience with ADP (GlobalView, Streamline, or Celergo), ideally as part of a migration projectStrong knowledge of HRIS tools and configuration processesFluent professional English required (regular interactions with international teams, documentation in English)Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation)Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and manage competing prioritiesRigorous, autonomous, analytical mindset, service-orientedPrior experience as a technical lead or team manager is a plusWhy this role?Join an international group undergoing HR transformationWork in a strategic scope, combining both payroll and personnel administration expertisePlay an active role in shaping future regional HR & payroll standardsAttractive compensation aligned with market standardsAvantages :Immediate Availability;Permanent Contract or Contractor Agreement (depending on earliest availability);Partial remote work possible (up to 2 days / week after probation)Acolad is committed to creating a diverse and equitable workforce.
