- Participate in the agency's projects from start to finish, from preliminary design studies through to project completion
- Carry out condition assessments and rehabilitation projects for water-sector infrastructure
- Conduct design studies for drinking water and wastewater structures and infrastructure
- Carry out and monitor related and supplementary studies
- Manage the tendering and bid analysis phases (ACT)
- Monitor construction activities (VISA, DET, OPC and AOR)
- Contribute to technical studies in urban hydraulics, particularly assessments and master plans
- Monitor and manage construction execution
- Supervise and coordinate construction works
- Oversee project acceptance and manage closeout activities
- Work closely with the Agency Director and the Design Engineering (MOE) Division
Requirements
- University degree at Master's level or an Engineering degree in hydraulics, public works or civil engineering
- At least 6 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in CAD and drafting software, particularly AutoCAD and COVADIS
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills when working with clients and contractors
- Ability to monitor construction execution
- Ability to work in urban hydraulics and engineering consultancy/design supervision
