Position As Merchandising Manager, you will orchestrate the brand’s visual identity in point of sale. Your main mission is to translate the brand equity and product portfolio into concrete reality in pharmacies, dermatologists, clinics, and professional communication spaces worldwide. You will coordinate all stages, from concept to implementation, ensuring consistency and quality execution. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of the new merchandising expression across all international points of sale, focusing on pharmacies and sales areas. Ensure consistency of the visual and brand identity across all touchpoints. Collaborate closely with marketing teams and key countries to transform concepts into precise execution plans. Define KPIs for brand and business. Lead collaborative testing of new merchandising concepts with the Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) team, translating shopper insights feedback into actionable strategies. Drive efficiency within the End-to-End Cycle of Category Management by developing data-driven shelf planograms aligned with retailer profitability goals. Spend time in the pharmacy field, work on REX, benchmark, and continuous improvements. Conceptualize and implement premium, clear, legible brand expression for doctors’ offices and clinics. Reintroduce the brand into its aesthetic and medical environment by developing tools and displays that reflect scientific expertise. Develop adapted merchandising solutions for medical congresses, designing and realizing stands that combine visual identity with professional requirements. Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and production. Design technical execution plans and ensure feasibility. Use technical drawing and 3D modeling skills to create precise visualizations. Coordinate deployment of the new visual in each country, respecting deadlines and budgets. Ensure good communication and follow-up with local teams and partners. Be the guarantor of implementation quality on the ground. Monitor sector trends, propose innovative ideas, and manage external agencies for design, production, and installation. Qualifications Significant experience in merchandising, ideally in cosmetics or retail. Experience in developing stands for professional trade shows is essential. Excellent knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques. Mastery of technical drawing and 3D modeling software for plans and visualizations. Experience in POS development and point-of-sale animation is a real asset. Excellent communicator capable of coordinating multiple interlocutors. Rigorous, solution-oriented, capable of managing complex projects from A to Z. Fluent in English. Why Join Us?
