Care Ops – Alan Alan’s vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. The company builds a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system, serving 1 M+ users across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. Opportunity The Care Ops team supports the Care Community globally by providing tools, processes and data to deliver on Alan’s roadmap and strategic plan. The role is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency in Care, enabling the community to scale without compromising user experience. Key Responsibilities Efficiency and performance monitoring – conduct deep dives into SLAs and ticket-level frameworks, share actionable findings, identify non‑scalable processes, prioritize them and drive adoption of automation, externalization or AI‑driven use cases. Contact experience – pilot new contact‑channel projects (e.g., a direct phone line for large deals) and support the globalization of Alan’s contacting experience. Tooling – identify and prioritize areas where the current tooling stack is not scalable, propose effective solutions, collaborate with product crews, engineer new processes, evangelise AI usage, own the tooling stack (Automation Platform, Intercom, Dust, Klaus, Aircall, etc.) and manage external provider partnerships and RFP processes. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication in English & French. Excellent project‑management and leadership skills, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Passionate about process optimisation, capable of implementing solutions quickly and iteratively. Organised, structured mindset. Robust data‑analytics skills (SQL highly desirable). Self‑directed, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong growth potential and keen interest in no‑code, AI and tooling.
