**Overall Responsibility**:
Based in La Tour de Salvagny (69), you manage all activities related to the control and deployment of Maxeon product to end customer for EMEA region.
This will include timely and accurate supply to fulfill EMEA Sales channels, supply vs demand analysis, optimized LEAN inventory levels, reporting, customer order scheduling and all relevant metrics as well as continuous process improvement.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Management of fulfillment activities in order to achieve EMEA Sales targets, Service level & inventory objectives : Schedule sales orders & communicate with partner sales representatives (PSRs) on order shipping dates Order scheduling / Manage change in scheduling (supply restrictions, allocation, inventory transfers, ) Coordination with warehousing & logistics for inventory rebalancing across European warehouses Reporting to provide visibility to senior management and sales team if required Product availability reporting and communication Long Term opportunities/orders feasibility check and planning Supply allocation by country and business unit in case of constrained supply : follow up with Sales Ops, rebalancing recommendations, optimization

Support “end of life” processes considering supply impacts Provide guidance for inventory depletion in EMEA Priorization, arbitration management with Sales Ops team

Continuous improvement Lead and develop fulfillment organization for EMEA region Drive simplification, standardization and efficicency improvements Project management of tools to improve the efficiency of the role Participate with other regions for standardization of planning processes, develop improvements and share best practices

**Skills and Attributes**:
3+ years knowledge in Supply Chain Management
3+ years knowledge in Supply - Demand Management/SIOP
Experience in forecasting and planning in a high volume dynamic product sales industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to details Proven skills in meeting leadership objectives Ability to develop and deliver quality presentations to management and other cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization
Skilled in the use of recognized Supply/Material planning software, ERP Inventory and Order management, Business Intelligence software, and MS Suite of systems
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
LEAN Supply Chain certification is a plus

**Experience and Requirements**:
BA/BS or equivalent experience required. 3-5+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Manufacturing Operations & Planning
