What you'll build and who you’ll work with Next‑Gen Healthcare Framework: 4 countries (and more to come), multiple products (Insurance but also several other healthcare products) but one system. Come build the contract & service stack that will power Alan’s growth for the next 10 years. AI‑powered Acquisition Engine: Sales teams are autonomous & assisted by AI to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real‑time. No need for actuaries, no more waiting days for quotes. Automated Renewal System: Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts. You’ll work closely with insurance experts, business specialists, sales teams, and collaborate with other engineering teams across Alan. We’re the bridge between complex regulations and simple user experiences. What we’re looking for Technical Requirements 3+ years building scalable backend systems. Experience with high‑traffic applications that real users depend on.
