What you’ll build A global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Smart automation for life's big moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) that reduces friction and delights users. We are looking for 3+ years of experience helping us scale our engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech, internal organization). Ability to tackle high‑impact & high‑risk projects involving many engineers. Design efficient systems and engineering practices to align and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products. Opportunity to mentor other engineers and lead crews (more details in this article). Contribute to hiring and shaping the candidate hiring experience (improving technical assessment process). Your fit Well‑versed in Object Oriented Programming such as Python, Java, C#, and enthusiastic about modern Javascript. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (but not required to have experience with both). Passionate about building products. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and open to growth. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English (French speaking preferred). At least 2 years of software engineering.
