Published 2 years ago Mission RED TIC recrute pour l’un de ses clients un profil IT Project Manager qui sera chargé des missions suivantes : En tant que IT Project Manager, vous serez responsable de la planification, de l’exécution et de la finalisation des projets selon des délais stricts et dans le respect du budget. Cela inclut l’acquisition des ressources nécessaires, la coordination des efforts des membres de l’équipe et des consultants tiers pour livrer les projets conformément au plan établi. Vous définirez également les objectifs du projet et superviserez le contrôle qualité tout au long de son cycle de vie. Responsabilités Planification de Projet : Élaborer des plans de projet, y compris les échéanciers, les jalons et l’allocation des ressources. Exécution et Livraison : Gérer les aspects opérationnels quotidiens d’un projet et assurer son achèvement réussi. Coordination d’Équipe : Diriger les équipes de projet, attribuer les tâches et veiller à ce que tous les membres soient alignés sur les objectifs du projet. Gestion des Risques : Identifier les risques potentiels du projet et développer des stratégies d’atténuation. Gestion Budgétaire : Suivre les budgets des projets et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs financiers. Communication avec les Parties Prenantes : Maintenir une communication régulière avec les parties prenantes, fournir des mises à jour sur l’état du projet et résoudre les problèmes éventuels. Assurance Qualité : S’assurer que les projets respectent les normes de qualité et que les livrables sont atteints à temps. Documentation : Maintenir une documentation complète du projet et produire des rapports réguliers. Qualifications Requises Diplôme en informatique, technologie de l’information ou domaine connexe. Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur IT. Excellente compréhension des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Expérience avérée dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets. Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles. Fortes capacités de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décisions. Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
