Platform Engineer (x/f/m) - Tech Foundations We are looking for Platform Engineers with 3+ years of experience to help maintain high reliability while scaling our infrastructure. About the role As a Platform Engineer, you will work on infrastructure enablement for product crews, security and compliance facilitation, developer productivity enhancements, design and development unification, and AI-assisted engineering enablement. Responsibilities Tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers. Design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability. Maintain uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs. Improve incident management processes and lead post-mortems. Build & maintain internal tooling (API, web interface, command-line tools) for other engineers. Mentor other engineers & lead teams. Contribute to hiring and shape the candidate experience. Qualifications Strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS). Experience with monitoring, alerting & observability tools. Comfortable writing code for automation & tooling (API, CLI). Experience as a Full-Stack or Backend software engineer. Willingness to work in Python/JavaScript. Understanding of modern deployment practices and CI/CD. Ability to debug complex system issues. Self-starting, entrepreneurial, humble. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English; French not required.
