The Team This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a ‘hand‑on’ team. You will contribute to work streams on large programs but also smaller projects, leveraging your Digital & Technology know‑how and skill‑set in challenging the status‑quo and developing sound solutions either from an external point of view or in collaborative settings with your client organization. Alongside our broader European DTS team colleagues, we define and deliver innovative strategic programs – aligning each digital initiative to a specific company goal – getting the client from where the company is today to where it wants to be in the future. Through our DTS practice, A&M helps clients ideate, incubate, and industrialize new business models including agile target operating models, customer and product innovations, or intelligent and automated back‑offices leveraging a mix of capabilities ranging from digital product management, customer experience (CX) service design, data and analytics, and self‑service platforms. How you will contribute Support the Paris Digital & Technology Services Team with clients in Corporates, Private Equity, and Financial Institutions. Research and analyze data to create high‑quality client reports and recommendations. Utilize tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI for client deliverables, and use advanced analytics tools (SQL, Python, Cloud solutions) to provide client insights. Assist with client pitch production and commercial development. Qualifications Studying last year at a leading “Grande École” in Business or Engineering or equivalent; ideally with specialized courses in Data Science, Analytics, and Technology Transformation. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Previous experience in Consulting, Tech, or Finance (6 months+). Modelling skills with Excel, PowerPoint; SQL, Python, and other advanced analytics tools are a plus. Fluent in business‑level (C1) English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
