This role requires a deep understanding of partner needs, strong commercial insight, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor and growth partner.You will take full ownership of complex accounts, lead high-impact initiatives, and proactively drive long-term value for both the partner and Wallester. The position combines strategic portfolio management, commercial development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure exceptional service and sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and business objectivesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients and partnersServe as the primary point of contact for all matters related to client account managementProaсtively manage and expand the client portfolio through strategic engagement and relationship developmentConduct regular outreach to existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunitiesAnalyze client activity and identify areas for improvement, optimization, or potential growthHandle complex client requests and manage issue escalations or delegations effectivelyCollaborate closely with internal departments to deliver a seamless and efficient client experiencePrepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholdersOperate independently, managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, client-centric environmentRequirementsA bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Economics/Law, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of successful experience in client account or relationship managementProven strategic acumenUnderstanding the FinTech ecosystem, including concepts like card issuing, payment processing, KYC/AML, and PCI compliance.High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skillsProven ability to communicate effectively with large international corporationsStrong independent thinking and self-starter mentalityExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to communicate across all organizational levels, from technical personnel to senior managementFormal presentation and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesFluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plusWe offerCompetitive salaryCareer opportunitiesMedical Insurance upon the completion of probational periodSupportive and caring LeadershipA chance to work as part of a highly motivated and talented teamReferral programTeam building and Company Events #J-18808-Ljbffr
