Ideal candidates have a background in operations management, strong leadership skills, and experience in process improvement.Your MissionAs a member of the Supply Chain (SC) Processes and Systems team within Operational Excellence and Transformation, the Supply Chain Process Manager plays a crucial role in leading and supporting Sidel’s transformation journey. You will evaluate and optimize SC processes to ensure efficiency, reduce costs, and improve output quality by simplifying and harmonizing operations across factories.Your Main Responsibilities Will BeProactively identify opportunities for process improvements aligned with Sidel’s strategic objectives.Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives, onboard colleagues, motivate teams, and monitor deployment effectiveness and benefits.Develop and maintain process documentation for clear communication across teams.Provide training and support on new processes and best practices.Gather and articulate requirements for tool development and enhancements, including leveraging AI applications.Collaborate with Project Managers on deploying strategic initiatives such as Sales and Operations Planning, Industrialization process enhancements, Product Cost Governance, and World Class Manufacturing.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.Proven experience in process-driven environments within Supply Chain operations, process management, operations management, business analysis, or related roles.Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and lead peers effectively.Proficiency in data analysis, performance measurement tools, and ERP systems.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesMachinery ManufacturingNote: The last paragraph regarding referrals and the unrelated 'RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATION DES VENTES F/H' job seem irrelevant and have been omitted for clarity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
