À propos du poste Nous recherchons un Travel Expert francophone pour rejoindre notre équipe basée en Asie. Le poste peut être exercé en full remote ou dans lun de nos bureaux asiatiques selon la localisation du candidat. Votre mission principale : concevoir et vendre des voyages sur mesure pour nos voyageurs francophones tout en garantissant une expérience client dexcellence et en contribuant activement à la réussite collective de léquipe. Vos missions principales Vente & conception de voyages Convertir les demandes qualifiées en réservations confirmées. Concevoir des itinéraires personnalisés et préparer des devis en collaboration avec nos partenaires locaux. Offrir un accompagnement complet du voyageur de la planification jusquà son retour. Suivi client & qualité Atteindre vos objectifs de vente individuels et participer à la performance globale de léquipe. Assurer la satisfaction client en recueillant les retours et en intégrant les améliorations nécessaires. Maintenir une communication fluide et professionnelle avec les voyageurs et partenaires. Collaboration & partage Collecter mettre à jour et partager les informations sur les hôtels activités et prestataires. Contribuer à la base de données interne pour enrichir la connaissance de la destination. Participer activement à la dynamique déquipe et à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques.
