Your Responsibilities Include Support the implementation of security processes and methodologies, participate in the development of a consistent approach to all security topics, communicate and advise stakeholders on security‑by‑design, support the project team in cyber risk analysis and security assurance plans, contribute to framework design, deliver security oversight, interact with stakeholders to provide visibility on security levels, and coordinate with line functions and other security stakeholders. Main Missions Identify and analyse product/project risks, recommend mitigation options, and document components in clear, business‑intelligible language. Serve as an expert advisor in the GO Security COE team for implementation and maintenance of security assurance of products, including third‑party review. Collaborate with and support the Group Security Practice and other stakeholders to ensure relevant, cost‑effective security delivery. Support continuous improvement processes and activities to ensure quality and relevance of security services. Support the implementation of security strategy, policies, shared services and action plans based on the Group Security Strategy. Contribute to understanding emerging technology, risks and industry trends; assess impact and recommend mitigation or prioritisation of projects. Escalate critical risks not addressed and suggest changes to mitigate them and ensure legal, regulatory or commercial compliance. Promote a culture of security‑risk mindset and raise awareness when relevant. Support routine reporting of information security, operational resilience and physical security & safety to various management levels. Provide technical security assurance analysis on local implementation when required. Support coordination of responses to security audit and compliance issues. Contribute to governance organization and management of projects within the team. Expected Skills & Experience Experience Experience in cyber risk threat analysis, security, cloud architecture and projects, IT audit or related area, Agile or DevSecOps, > 7 years. Previous experience in managing projects, preferably in an international context. Previous experience as interim or acting security project manager, Information Security Officer, Physical Security Officer, Operational Resilience Officer, or extensive experience reporting to CSO, CISO, CORO, PSO or other 2nd‑line cybersecurity expert. Security risk analysis methodology. Information Security and/or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP, CISSP‑ISSAP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GIAC or equivalent). Business Continuity industry certification (MBCI, DRII, etc.). Physical security certification (CPP, PSP, BTEC, etc.). Cloud services or security architecture certifications (CCSK, CCSP, etc.). Technical Skills Ability to develop networking, foster team collaboration, and support projects, product evolution or security assurance review. Communication skills: Effectively communicate the security‑by‑design framework and its benefits. Analytical rigor to understand complex business and IT scenarios. Positive mindset to support security analysis and an eagerness to learn new technologies or frameworks (Agile, AI, etc.). Capacity to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Results oriented, project and budget management. Good sense of organisation and adaptability. Flexibility on working hours. Fluent in English.
