このポジションの勤務地は、神奈川県相模原市です。 Amazonの物流センターであるFC の管理業務を担う、エネルギッシュで情熱にあふれた シニア工程管理マネジャー（Sr. Area Manager）を募集いたします。 Amazonの社員が注力するのは、安全、品質、お客様の購買体験（カスタマーエクスペリエンス）ならびに部署における生産性です。以下の内容を実践します。 日々の業務量予測に基づき、生産性を左右する要件や変数を決定し、全体の発送業務の目的を達成する 自らのゴールを達成するために活動する一方で、他のメンバーと協力し合いながら、労働力の調整を行いバランスがとれ、かつ効率的なシフトの基で工程を運営する 全ての従業員にとって安全な作業環境を確保するために担当工程を中心とした安全な職場づくりに責任を持つ 積極的に改善のポイントを見出し、工程の改善をリードする 【マネージャーとしての責務】 シニア工程管理マネジャーおよびそのチームは、お客様のご注文を確実に取り扱う事に責任を持ちます。その中でシニア工程管理マネジャーはメンバーを十分に教育する事、またメンバーが仕事に専念できるように彼らのニーズと向き合う事が求められます。加えて、この仕事の最も重要なポイントは、迅速に変化をリードしていく事にあります。 【主な業務内容】 入出荷業務に関わる生産計画・業務計画作成 業績管理指標を用いた実績/進捗の管理 チームメンバーの育成・管理 派遣会社や3PL（業務委託先）との交渉をした上での生産効率の最大化 安全・品質・作業効率の向上に向けたプロジェクトの立案、推進 イレギュラー及びトラブル対応を含む業務標準化の推進 【働き方】 勤務形態：1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制のシフト勤務。配属・拠点により夜勤あり。 勤務時間：1日8時間勤務、1ヶ月を平均して1週間40時間を超えない範囲で設定します。 通勤手段：公共交通機関（および徒歩）、自転車、自家用車から選択可能。 休日：年間120日（月平均10日） 【フルフィルメントセンター (FC)部門/オペレーション職種の紹介】 Amazon は多様かつインクルーシブな職場づくりを目指しています。Amazonは男女雇用機会均等法を順守しています。人種、出身国、性別、性的指向、障がい、年齢、その他の属性によって差別することなく、平等に採用選考の機会を提供しています。障がいをお持ちの方は、以下をご覧ください。 https://www.amazon.jobs/disability/jp Basic Qualifications Preferred Qualifications 業界を問わず、スタッフの指導やチームリーダの経験がある方 (2年以上の業務経験) 製造、流通分野における3年以上のマネジメント経験 15人程度のマネジメント経験 (勤怠、パフォーマンスマネジメントを含む) 数値、指標で管理した業務の改善経験 製造業や物流業のサプライチェーン分野での業務改善や効率化、IT導入の経験 業務フローや業務ルールの見直しなどの経験 エンジニアリング、オペレーションに関する学位 国内のFCでの業務を通じて、長期的にキャリアを形成していく事への興味 インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること At least 2 years of experience supervising staff or leading teams, regardless of industry. Minimum 3 years of management experience in manufacturing or logistics. Experience managing teams of around 15 members, including attendance and performance management. Experience improving operations managed through metrics and numerical indicators. Experience with operational improvement, efficiency enhancement, and IT implementation within manufacturing or supply chain logistics. Experience reviewing and revising workflows and operational rules; a degree related to engineering or operations. Interest in long-term career growth within domestic FC operations. Positive attitude towards contributing to an inclusive culture and working in diverse groups.
