Responsibilities Define and drive the Ops strategic vision, aligning priorities across the company. Own and execute strategic projects such as new insurance products, internal process improvements, and service launches. Scale daily business operations, monitor performance, and optimize efficiency. Coach and mentor a growing team of insurance operators and health professionals. Collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Customer Support, Finance and external partners. Qualifications 2+ years in Operations management, entrepreneurship, product or business operations. Fluent in English; additional fluency in Spanish, French, or Dutch is a plus. Strong analytical skills, SQL fluency for data analysis, and experience building automations (Zapier, n8n). Proven ability to set high‑level vision, steer projects, and monitor day‑to‑day progress. Comfortable in fast‑paced environments, proactive, and able to collaborate transversally. Passion for people‑centric health solutions and a mission of delighting members everywhere.
