Summary

The Senior Manager, Transversal AI Product Management leads the long-term AI strategy for Hospitality, driving innovation, enablement frameworks, and responsible AI practices. The role partners across engineering, data science, product, marketing, and leadership to align AI initiatives and accelerate delivery. It oversees AI product governance, model lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and cross-team enablement. The manager also handles budgeting, project oversight, and vendor coordination. A key part of the role is developing and mentoring a global team of AI Product Managers. Success requires technical AI expertise, and the ability to drive organizational change in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term AI vision and strategy for Hospitality, aligning with business goals. Establish enablement principles, guidelines, and best practices, while driving innovation through processes, methodologies, and collaboration with transversal innovation teams;
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HOS/TSI engineering, data science, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on AI enablement goals. Build strong visibility with top management, marketing, and customers to promote AI adoption and best practices;
  • AI Enablement & Product Management: Provide expertise in AI product management, including model lifecycle, responsible AI, and compliance. Create and distribute enablement frameworks, toolkits, and materials that accelerate AI delivery and address complex division-level challenges;
  • Budget & Project Management: Plan, monitor, and coordinate team activities, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and manage external vendor partnerships and contracts;
  • Team Management: Lead a globally dispersed team of AI Enablement Product Managers, ensuring collaboration, mentoring, development, and adherence to methodologies. Delegate effectively, coach for results, and support team learning to strengthen AI fluency and product management excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement & Industry Awareness: Stay current on AI and product management trends, using metrics and feedback to continuously enhance AI enablement practices.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Strong background in AI product management and enablement, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver impactful, AI-driven solutions in B2B or B2B2C environments;
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience working with globally dispersed teams and stakeholders;
  • Ability to develop and execute an AI enablement vision that aligns with company objectives;
  • Experience in managing and mentoring product management teams to foster collaboration and professional growth;
  • Able to identifying organizational pain points and translating them into opportunities;
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices;
  • Experience driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
