Since 2014, Padam Mobility has been offering digital solutions for shared mobility (DRT - Demand-Responsive Transport, TPRM - Transport for People with Reduced Mobility), to reconnect territories and bring communities closer together. To achieve this, Padam Mobility offers a software suite of intelligent, flexible solutions that improve the impact of mobility policies for all sections of the public, particularly in areas where demand is low (rural, peri-urban areas, etc.), in order to get users, operators and local authorities moving. In May 2021, Siemens Mobility, a world leader in public transport, acquired the company to support its growth and round out its intermodal transport offering. Now a leader in Europe, Padam Mobility is a trusted partner of organising authorities including Île‑France Mobilités, TAO and Sytral in France and Lincolnshire County Council in the UK, as well as transport operators such as Deutsche Bahn, Keolis, Transdev, Busitalia... As Padam Mobility is growing and evolving fast, we are recruiting a Business Developer to help us develop within DACH markets by working with internal stakeholders such as Hacon and Siemens Mobility. With Loic, Chief Sales Officer, Gerd, Head of Shared Mobility & Partnerships at Hacon and the rest of the Sales International team composed of Ricardo, Maxime, Ieva, Baptiste and Côme, your role is to develop public Demand‑Responsive Transport (DRT) to fit the needs of people and territories and to help & accompany the team when you estimate it is needed. Your missions Drive Sales Growth (50%) You develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the public transport and corporate sector, You identify new business opportunities and target key markets to expand our client base in DACH Markets, You conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS offerings, You pursue partnership opportunities with strategic organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence, You conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities. Client Relationship Management (30%) You manage and grow key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for our most strategic customers and understanding their evolving needs & concerns, In partnership with the Customer Success, you drive upsell and expansion opportunities, identifying ways to deliver more value for our customers and increase adoption, By providing exceptional client service and addressing issues, you turn customers into true brand ambassadors, fostering long‑term partnerships built on trust and shared success. Cross‑collaboration (20%) You own and coordinate the bid process on complex multi millions deals with the Pre‑Sales team, the Product Value team, partners and various stakeholders within Siemens Mobility's environment such as Hacon, You drive coordinated project execution across internal stakeholders by integrating inputs from the different teams to support strategic objectives and deliver high‑quality outcomes. Then you've come to the right place More specifically, here are a few signs that you can't go wrong: You have a solid experience in business development roles, preferably in the SaaS industry, You have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth, You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with clients and partners, You speak German at a native level (C2) and English at a professional level (C1/C2).
