Job Description The employer is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending autonomous algorithm protocol deployed on secure, efficient, flexible lending protocol based on the Ethereum blockchain enabling lending and borrowing services. They are opening a Product Lead role (Paris, France or Remote EU) to drive the company’s products vertical. You’ll work with engineering, design, data and protocol teams to set strategy, ship industry‑shaping products and help Curators and Advanced Users interact with the company's protocol. To do so, you will need to develop a deep understanding of the company’s protocol and products, various stakeholders, the market, competitors and the wider Defi and lending industry as a whole. Missions Understand the company’s various stakeholders, their needs and requirements Deeply understand the wider crypto lending space, both Centralized and Decentralized Execute on the product vision and strategy with a world‑class engineering team Shape the products that Curators, Institutions and Pro users use to manage risk and exposure Profil 5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading space Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs…) Understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi Experience working with large institutions, funds or capital allocators in Defi or Finance Experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0‑to‑1 products Exceptional organization and communication skills Low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset Contract Permanent Location Paris or Remote (can be based anywhere in Europe / EU Timezone – from GMT -5 up to GMT +2 to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team) Salary 100 to 150k USD Benefits Tokens, medical insurance, coworking membership, relocation packages and additional benefits.
