Your role

Are you looking for a job as a Transport Operator in a dynamic environment on a human scale? Then this is the opportunity for you

As part of your duties and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will organise the transport operations linked to our activities with the threefold objective of profitability, customer satisfaction and compliance with social and professional regulations.

Your main tasks will involve:

• Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers
• Receive orders, manage and monitor the tour schedule and assign them to drivers
• Check transport documents and ensure administrative follow-up in our IT system
• Ensuring the conformity and validity of equipment
• Preventing, recording and dealing with quality-related problems in support of the Quality Manager
• Handling customer disputes and complaints

Profile required

You have a transport background and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position. You are comfortable using IT tools.

Rigorous and a strong team player, you have good interpersonal skills, are adaptable and can react quickly.
