Main missions :Gathering, documenting, and challenging all specific AI requirements.Prioritizing use cases within their project using a specific methodology (e.g., matrix value vs effort).Driving project development by coordinating AI teams (internal or external) to meet objectives, milestones, costs, and quality.Ensuring the AI data solution developed/delivered meets business requirements and piloting deployment among ACC teams.Tracking all evolutions as potential new developments.Building strong relationships with business data owners and developing the local data community.Occasional trips to the factory are expected.Missions principales :Recueillir, documenter et challenger toutes les exigences spécifiques en matière d'IA.Prioriser les cas d'usage en utilisant une méthodologie spécifique (par exemple, matrice valeur vs effort).Piloter le développement des projets en coordonnant les équipes IA pour atteindre objectifs, jalons, coûts et qualité.S'assurer que la solution de données IA répond aux besoins métier et piloter son déploiement.Suivre et considérer toutes les évolutions comme de potentiels nouveaux développements.Construire une relation solide avec les propriétaires des données métier et développer la communauté locale des données.Skills requirement :Knowledge / Know how :Expériences en gestion de projets liés aux données ou en gestion de projets Data Science.Connaissance de la gestion des données : manipulation, calculs statistiques, représentations graphiques et interprétation.Bonne compréhension des technologies et méthodologies d'IA.Experience :4 à 8 ans d'expérience, dont au moins 2 ans en gestion de projets Data ou en gestion de projets IA.Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets IA et leur intégration en processus métier.Qualifications :Licence ou Master en sciences ou équivalent.Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'allemand étant un plus.Key behaviours :Esprit d'équipe, organisation, concision, bonnes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes, gestion du temps, orientation client, initiative.Extra skills :Formations Industry 4.0, expérience en gestion de projets Data Science, certifications en Data Science et IA, expérience en mise en place d'équipes/méthodologies de gestion des données, environnement dynamique, connaissances en outils d'IA pour fabrication numérique (atout).Why join us?Our advantages include new premises, reserved parking for carpoolers, recharging stations for electric cars, company restaurant, meal and fruit baskets, janitorial services, telecommuting, supplemental retirement plan, additional leave, well-being workshops, osteopathy sessions, access to sports & culture activities, conferences, subsidies for sports, holidays, and culture.Watch our video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbXdlWjWhX8Visit our facilities: https://www.acc-emotion.com/fr/facilities/bruges-bordeauxOur process usually involves 3 interviews: 2 technical and 1 HR. #J-18808-Ljbffr
