We offer a dynamic, collaborative, and open work environment where every talent can make a real difference.About the roleAs a Project Manager, you will lead the development of charging station projects and their new features, from design to commissioning.Based in our Léognan (Bordeaux) offices in France, you will coordinate internal teams and various disciplines to manage cost, quality, schedule, and performance objectives for all deliverables.You will actively contribute to innovation and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead EVBOX DC projects while ensuring compliance with internal processes and proceduresEnsure compliance with the specifications through to the delivery of the projects in full productionCoordinate deliverables across all project stakeholders (run meetings and workshops, drive problem-solving, etc.)Establish development plans and monitor daily progressOversee project execution and report achievements against objectivesCross-Functional Team LeadershipImplement new features on existing productsManage component obsolescenceSupport the evolution of proceduresCommunicate effectively with the Solution Engineering team regarding the implementation of new featuresProfileEngineering degree/Master’s degree with a technical background in electrical engineering, electromechanics, mechanics, or electronicsAt least 10 years’ experience in complex, international project management, ideally within an industrial environmentKnowledge of charging infrastructure and/or electrical standardsProficient in project management tools: planning, tracking, and monitoring ongoing tasksExcellent command of English, both spoken and writtenProven experience in launching new products within the commercial systems or consumer products industrySoft SkillsAbility to synthesize information and communicate effectively with management and internal teamsStrong general IT and office software skillsAbility to anticipate and resolve problemsEqual Opportunity & Compliance NoticeWe comply with GDPR and safeguard all personal data during the recruitment process.
