Implementation of signed projects (administrative follow-up with customers and internal, risk assessment). Assist salespeople in the deployment of their action plans to reach their objectives: gap analysis, global and local mapping, reporting updates. Follow‑up of customer projects: Self‑Booking Tools deployment, Agency changes, card relaunch, file customization. Supporting sales representatives on compliance projects: AML, KYC, … Coordination and deployment of the digital strategy: improve the enrolment rate in @work to support the self‑servicing strategy with customers through action plans, customer training, data collection. Development of customer presentations (including the provision of statistical data). The candidate will be the overall support of the Account Managers and will be one of the point of contact for customers. Minimum Qualifications He/she will act as a back‑up support of the Account Managers. Education: Business school or University. Level of study: 3 to 5 years of higher education (or validated internal career path at American Express). Ability to collaborate, influence and manage the expectations of several teams (Sales and Account Managers), to make decisions quickly. High degree of autonomy. Ability to work in a project mode, including the creation and follow‑up of feedback. Flexible, reactive, with huge team spirit. Time management, project management and organizational skills, and generally ability to manage multiple projects/portfolios simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital tools. Fluent in French and English (language used with central teams and some clients). Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of GCP products (T&E and B2B) would be a plus.
