Reporting to the WFJ Business Finance Manager, the Regional Financial Controller plays a key role in supporting business performance, pricing governance and cross-functional transformation initiatives within the Watches & Fine Jewelry Division. This position combines strong analytical capabilities with business partnering skills, contributing to strategic decision-making while ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of key financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Management :
Lead and coordinate the pricing review and repricing processes for European markets Monitor foreign exchange rate fluctuations and proactively assess pricing impacts to support timely repricing decisions, ensure consistency, governance and accuracy across all systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and enhance pricing processes and tools
Financial Planning & Analysis :
Support the monitoring and analysis of inventory valuation and gross margin performance Contribute to monthly and year-end closing activities related to stock and margin Perform ad hoc analyses to identify profitability levers and support business recommendations Lead and run closing allocation cycles across the W&FJ Europe scope
Projects & Transformation :
Monthly monitor the After-Sales Service P&L, identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements Follow Distribution evolutions in close collaboration with the Distribution & Performance team and ensure constant alignment with RELTIO Act as AI Champion within the Finance team, promoting innovation, adoption of new technologies and best practices in data-driven decision making Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the WIN tool Support key transformation projects such as ORION and HERO
Inventories governance :
Coordinate and supervise inventory processes for Europe central warehouses in partnership with Operations team, being proactive on process optimization Support Watches & Fine Jewelry boutiques across Europe during inventory periods Analyze inventory results, identify recurring issues and propose corrective action plan and process improvements Ensure compliance with inventory control requirements and internal procedures
Processes & Internal Control :
Maintain and continuously update Finance procedures to reflect business evolution and organizational changes. Collaborate closely with the Fashion Division to drive synergies and share best practices Ensure documentation remains accurate, accessible and aligned with governance standards Contribute to strengthening internal controls and promoting best practices across the organization and European markets
Profile :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Business Analysis, FP&A or Audit Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights Excellent Pack Office skills, knowledge of PowerBI and other reporting tools is a plus Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented Excellent communication and written skills in English Interest in digital transformation, innovation, and AI-driven business solutions
