CNRS, Eco-anthropology department, invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher position linked to the FERMENTS project. The work will be ethnographic fieldwork and archival research on Mongolian dairy technologies, microbial diversity, and SES dynamics.
The successful candidate will conduct fieldwork in Ulaanbaatar and the steppe for about six months, collaborate with Sandrine Ruhlmann, and contribute to interdisciplinary synthesis between SSH and LS teams across France and Mongolia.
