Job Description:Strategy Development & Execution:Define and implement the analytics and AI strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives. Identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and prioritize initiatives that provide measurable value.AI & Advanced Analytics Implementation:Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models and AI solutions including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to optimize operations, drive innovation, and support strategic initiatives.Data Governance & Quality:Oversee data governance practices and ensure high data quality standards. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data accessibility, security, and integrity across platforms.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with stakeholders from business units, IT, finance, operations, and planning to understand analytical needs and translate them into practical solutions. Ensure alignment and adoption of analytics and AI tools across the organization.Team Leadership & Capability Building:Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and AI specialists. Build internal capabilities through training, recruitment, and development initiatives. Foster a high-performance culture and encourage experimentation and innovation.Performance Measurement & Reporting:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of analytics and AI initiatives. Deliver regular reporting and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.Innovation & Trends Monitoring:Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in AI and analytics. Evaluate new tools and methodologies, and recommend their adoption to enhance the organization’s capabilities.Ethical AI & Risk Management:Ensure that AI solutions are developed and deployed responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory and privacy standards. Manage risks associated with data use and model deployment.Requirements:10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or AI, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within an engineering industrial environment.Proven track record of leading AI or advanced analytics projects from concept to implementation.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing data-driven transformation initiatives.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline or AI-related field.Key Skills:Expertise in data science, machine learning, and AI frameworks.Strong knowledge of data visualization and BI tools like Power BI.Advanced SQL and database management skills.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Project management and agile delivery experience.Business acumen and customer orientation.Influencing and stakeholder engagement.Team leadership and collaboration.Ethical and responsible decision-making.Data Architecture and Engineering Principles.Statistical Analysis and Predictive Modeling.Data Governance and Compliance.Business Intelligence and Visualization.Change Management in data-driven environments.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
