Engineering Team In our engineering team we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first‑class service to our members, health professionals, and ourselves. Member Lifecycle – Focus What you'll build: A global onboarding platform serving 1 M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Smart automation for life’s big moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) that reduces friction and delights users. Hiring Process Note While you’re applying for a particular area, please note that you may ultimately join a different part of our engineering organization, depending on where we believe you will have the most impact. Are You the Right Fit? We are looking for engineers with 3+ years of experience to help us scale our engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech, and internal organization). You’ll tackle high‑impact & high‑risk projects involving many engineers, design efficient systems, mentor others, contribute to hiring, and shape the candidate experience. Well‑versed in OOP such as Python, Java, C#, and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript. Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (but you don’t need experience with both). Passionate about building products. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and eager to grow. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English (French speaking is a plus). At least 2 years of software engineering. We aim to hire within the C1‑F level range.
