Role & Responsibilities As a Digital Product Management Consultant, you will deliver real business value through product management and digital transformation. Product Owner for a connected health & wellbeing platform – define roadmap, manage RFPs, run workshops, create backlog and lead an agile team. Marketplace B2B project – analyse stakeholder challenges, craft product vision, optimise UX, UI, SEO and language options. Lead Management platform – prioritise business needs, run an agile team, monitor performance, report to stakeholders. Multi‑brand employee portal – workshop facilitation, partner selection, design system, UX/UI mock‑ups, implementation with an agile team. Required Knowledge & Experience Bac +5 / Master 2. First experience as Product Owner or digital project manager in an agile environment. Industry knowledge in insurance, mobility or sport/e‑sport, and data & digital consulting. Excellent business English, written and spoken. Technical Skills Agile methodology application across diverse contexts. Facilitation of workshops, prioritisation of needs and diplomatic solution delivery. Strong analytical and project monitoring skills; ability to present progress to stakeholders. Proficiency with office and project tools (Planner, Trello, Jira, etc.) and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI). Professional Traits Proactive, excellent communicator, able to justify and document choices. Problem‑solver, able to tackle complex challenges. Team player, adaptable (doityourself & learnbyyourself mindset). Curious, not afraid of unfamiliar subjects or tools. Recruitment Process Initial phone screening by a manager.
