Key Skills Experience identifying and approaching senior leadership talent from professional search firms or in‑house search functions in the technology industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute search strategies that enable headhunted talent to move smoothly through the pipeline. Coach senior leadership teams to improve hiring outcomes, enabling them to attract exceptional talent for their management and leadership positions. Drive talent analytics, providing real‑time insights using SQL or Python to identify trends in data. Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews and provide actionable insights on motivations and behaviours. Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with hiring agendas, monitor hiring activities, and drive results while maintaining consistency in operational processes. Seek continuous improvement on hiring processes and outcomes. Champion diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from hiring practices and ensuring sourcing strategies reflect this commitment. Qualifications Professional headhunting experience from an executive search firm or in‑house search function, with knowledgeable strategies for sourcing senior talent in the technology industry. Exposure to or appreciation of psychometric assessments. Strong analytical problem‑solving ability with SQL or Python proficiency and a good level of maths background. Experience conducting behavioural, competency‑based interviews with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on interview best practices. Exceptional academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology or people‑based subject) and good level of maths from high school. High level of personal organisation for remote work. Willingness to travel to company events 2–4 times a year, for up to two weeks each. Other Skills You May Bring Advanced analytical and statistical analysis to interrogate data. Exposure to Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International and DISC profiling tools. Understanding of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
